BlockDAG, Polkadot, Zcash, and Bittensor Take the Spotlight

BlockDAG, Polkadot, Zcash, and Bittensor Take the Spotlight

The post BlockDAG, Polkadot, Zcash, and Bittensor Take the Spotlight appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Crypto Presales Explore the top crypto projects, including BlockDAG, Polkadot, Zcash, and Bittensor. Learn about their prices, updates, and what sets each apart in 2025. In a market packed with noise and constant movement, only a few digital assets manage to stand out for their innovation, performance, and potential. Searching for the top crypto projects might sound ambitious, but when you compare key players side by side, the differences become clear. Here, we explore four projects that currently define the market narrative: BlockDAG, Polkadot, Zcash, and Bittensor. We’ll look at their recent price points, defining features, and what gives each its unique appeal. 1. BlockDAG Sets the Pace as a Rising Power Among the top crypto projects, BlockDAG (BDAG) has captured attention for blending blockchain and DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) technology. This combination promises high transaction speed and strong security, aiming to solve scalability challenges that have long slowed traditional blockchains. By processing multiple blocks simultaneously rather than sequentially, BlockDAG achieves throughput levels that position it as a viable solution for enterprise-scale applications. BlockDAG demonstrates substantial momentum across key metrics: more than $435 million raised, current Batch 32 pricing at $0.005, 4.2 billion coins remaining, over 20,000 miners deployed, 312,000+ holders, and 3.5 million+ X1 platform users. The February 10, 2026, presale conclusion represents a significant turning point that will enhance the project’s global reach and strengthen its market position. The potential 10x return from presale to listing price presents an attractive entry point for investors seeking high-growth opportunities. Supporters see it as one of the top crypto projects thanks to its ambitious throughput goals of 2,000–15,000 transactions per second and EVM compatibility. However, since it’s still in presale, the potential comes with risk, making it more suitable for those comfortable with early-stage speculation. Still, its scale and progress make…

Coinbase launches 3.75% FSCS-protected UK savings account

Coinbase launches 3.75% FSCS-protected UK savings account

The post Coinbase launches 3.75% FSCS-protected UK savings account appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Coinbase is taking another step toward blending crypto with everyday finance in the UK with the introduction of a new savings account for GBP balances.  Summary Coinbase is rolling out a UK savings account offering 3.75% annual equivalent rate interest, paid daily, with instant access. Funds are held with ClearBank and protected under the FSCS up to £85,000. The product deepens Coinbase’s push to operate as a regulated financial platform in the UK. Coinbase has introduced a new savings account product for customers in the United Kingdom, offering daily interest on GBP balances with instant access and full deposit protection. The feature will begin rolling out to selected users on Nov. 11, with wider availability planned for the coming weeks. The account is operated through ClearBank, which means balances are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme up to £85,000, placing it within the same protection framework as traditional UK savings accounts. A regulated savings product, not a crypto yield program The account offers a variable 3.75% AER, calculated daily and paid into the user’s balance once the accrued amount reaches one penny. There is no minimum deposit, no lockup period, and withdrawals can be made instantly.  Unlike crypto lending or staking yield products, the new savings account functions as a standard regulated savings offering. Interest rates may change, especially if the Bank of England adjusts its base rate. Increases can take effect immediately, while decreases will typically be communicated with notice, unless they are directly tied to BOE changes. Funds held in the savings account can be transferred back to a user’s GBP balance at any time and used to buy crypto, make card purchases, or be withdrawn to a bank. Interest stops accruing on days funds are withdrawn or when the account is closed, but earned interest before…

Japanese Yen dips on BoJ rate hike doubts and US shutdown optimism

Japanese Yen dips on BoJ rate hike doubts and US shutdown optimism

The post Japanese Yen dips on BoJ rate hike doubts and US shutdown optimism appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The Japanese Yen (JPY) drifts lower for the third consecutive day on Tuesday and touches a fresh multi-month low against its American counterpart during the Asian session. On Monday, the Bank of Japan’s (BoJ) Summary of Opinions indicated divided views on rate hikes. Adding to this, BoJ’s Junko Nakagawa said the central bank will proceed cautiously with policy decisions. This, in turn, reinforced market expectations that the BoJ could delay raising interest rates amid bets on a large-scale stimulus package under Japan’s Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi’s new administration, and continues to weigh on the JPY. Meanwhile, investors cheered the possibility of an end to the US government shutdown, which turns out to be another factor undermining the JPY’s safe-haven status. The US Dollar (USD), on the other hand, draws some support from a further rise in the US Treasury bond yields and offers additional support to the USD/JPY pair. However, expectations that Japanese authorities might intervene to stem further weakness in the domestic currency warrant some caution for the JPY bears. Moreover, bets for more rate cuts by the US Federal Reserve (Fed) could cap gains for the USD and the currency pair. Japanese Yen bears retain control amid the uncertainty over the timing of the next BoJ rate hike A summary of Bank of Japan policymakers’ opinions at their October meeting, released on Monday, reflected a view that the time for another interest-rate hike is approaching. However, there was some uncertainty over the effect of new Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi’s policies on the economy and prices. Furthermore, several board members suggested the fallout from higher US tariffs and Japanese companies’ wage momentum as key factors in deciding the timing of the next rate hike. Adding to this, BoJ’s Junko Nakagawa warned of soft consumption and concern over the US…

PBOC sets USD/CNY reference rate at 7.0866 vs. 7.0856 previous

PBOC sets USD/CNY reference rate at 7.0866 vs. 7.0856 previous

The post PBOC sets USD/CNY reference rate at 7.0866 vs. 7.0856 previous appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. On Tuesday, the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) set the USD/CNY central rate for the trading session ahead at 7.0866 compared to the previous day’s fix of 7.0856 and 7.1204 Reuters estimate. PBOC FAQs The primary monetary policy objectives of the People’s Bank of China (PBoC) are to safeguard price stability, including exchange rate stability, and promote economic growth. China’s central bank also aims to implement financial reforms, such as opening and developing the financial market. The PBoC is owned by the state of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), so it is not considered an autonomous institution. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee Secretary, nominated by the Chairman of the State Council, has a key influence on the PBoC’s management and direction, not the governor. However, Mr. Pan Gongsheng currently holds both of these posts. Unlike the Western economies, the PBoC uses a broader set of monetary policy instruments to achieve its objectives. The primary tools include a seven-day Reverse Repo Rate (RRR), Medium-term Lending Facility (MLF), foreign exchange interventions and Reserve Requirement Ratio (RRR). However, The Loan Prime Rate (LPR) is China’s benchmark interest rate. Changes to the LPR directly influence the rates that need to be paid in the market for loans and mortgages and the interest paid on savings. By changing the LPR, China’s central bank can also influence the exchange rates of the Chinese Renminbi. Yes, China has 19 private banks – a small fraction of the financial system. The largest private banks are digital lenders WeBank and MYbank, which are backed by tech giants Tencent and Ant Group, per The Straits Times. In 2014, China allowed domestic lenders fully capitalized by private funds to operate in the state-dominated financial sector.
