Market Strategist to XRP Holders: This Thesis Confirms Insanely High Price

Eric Trump, son of President Donald Trump and a vocal crypto advocate, addressed the industry recently with notable confidence, outlining a shift in how legacy finance treats Bitcoin. His comments, which were shared in a video by Levi Rietveld, carry weight for Bitcoin and XRP.

Eric Trump’s Comments on Bitcoin

Eric Trump positioned himself as an early institutional voice for crypto, stating he was advocating for the industry publicly “about three years ago.” He pointed to concrete moves from Charles Schwab, JPMorgan, and BlackRock as proof that the sector has matured.

He noted that JPMorgan, whose CEO Jamie Dimon once dismissed Bitcoin, now allows customers to borrow against their Bitcoin holdings for home mortgages. Charles Schwab, which Trump described as “the low-cost provider of all wealth management in the country with 30 million bank accounts,” is preparing to custody Bitcoin for the first time.

BlackRock’s Bitcoin ETFs, which Trump called “the most successful ETFs in history,” continue to expand with yield strategies layered on top. Trump also pointed to Michael Saylor, Simon at MetaPlanet, and 21 Capital as examples of entities accumulating Bitcoin to hold.

He added that his own American Bitcoin mining company operates the same way, stating, “We are mining, and we are not selling.” The core of his message was institutional conviction. Deep-pocketed players are accumulating, not speculating.

Rietveld’s Case for XRP

Rietveld took Trump’s remarks and extended them directly to XRP. He believes that everything driving Bitcoin’s institutional momentum applies to XRP as well, and XRP is executing on it more effectively.

Rietveld pointed out that the Trump organization holds XRP within their ETF. XRP treasury companies exist, and multiple XRP ETFs are live. The same institutional framework Trump described for Bitcoin is simultaneously taking shape around XRP.

XRP as a Superior Asset

Rietveld went further. He stated that “XRP is just doing it better” and called XRP “better than Bitcoin in every single capacity.” He sees XRP as a superior store of value, for everyday use, and across other applications.

Trump’s remarks confirm that institutional adoption of digital assets is accelerating. The infrastructure being built around Bitcoin, custody, ETFs, yield products, and corporate treasuries is mirroring across the XRP ecosystem. Rietveld argues that XRP benefits from the same tailwinds while offering superior fundamentals.
