Bhd. has deployed two tailored connectivity solutions in Sarawak, including the state’s first telecommunications smart pole in Siburan and its first built-to-suit site in Bintulu. These installations feature future-ready 5G equipment designed to improve network coverage in growing urban areas and along key transport corridors.

The smart pole, located in Taman Impiana, Siburan, provides seamless 5G connectivity for residents and commuters. Its multi-functional design supports 5G-ready equipment and allows co-location for multiple Mobile Network Operators, optimizing infrastructure use while also serving as a lamp pole to enhance visibility for drivers and pedestrians.

In Kampung Jepak, Bintulu, Demanlink’s built-to-suit tower delivers network coverage for surrounding residential and commercial areas. Strategically positioned near six schools and Technical and Vocational Education and Training centres, the tower enables students and educators to access digital learning platforms with high-speed connectivity. The site also strengthens mobile coverage along nearby stretches of the Pan Borneo Highway, improving connectivity, navigation, and safety for users of this key transport corridor.
