Moneda has introduced a new payment feature by integrating WalletConnect Pay into its platform, aiming to simplify and secure transactions for users. The update allows individuals to complete payments by scanning QR codes and approving transactions directly within the application, eliminating unnecessary steps and improving overall efficiency.

This development reflects the ongoing evolution of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, where platforms are increasingly focused on usability and accessibility. Industry observers noted that the integration is designed to streamline digital payments while maintaining high security standards, offering a more intuitive experience for users navigating decentralized finance tools.

Streamlining Transactions With QR-Based Payments

The newly introduced functionality enables users to interact with payment systems in a more straightforward manner. By scanning a QR code, users can initiate and confirm transactions instantly within the Moneda app, reducing friction typically associated with crypto payments. This approach aligns with broader industry efforts to make blockchain-based transactions as seamless as traditional digital payment methods.

The integration is expected to improve payment efficiency while enhancing user control over financial activities. The system is designed to support better money management by providing a unified interface for initiating and approving transactions.

Bridging Traditional Finance and Web3

The integration is also seen as part of a larger trend toward merging traditional financial systems with decentralized technologies. By incorporating WalletConnect Pay, Moneda is positioning itself as a platform capable of bridging these two worlds, offering users the familiarity of conventional payment processes alongside the transparency and flexibility of blockchain infrastructure.

Market analysts suggested that such developments could influence the perception of utility-driven crypto applications. As payment-focused platforms continue to refine their user experience, they are likely to attract a broader audience, including individuals who may have previously been hesitant to engage with decentralized finance due to complexity.

Implications for Adoption and Market Activity

The introduction of seamless payment solutions is expected to contribute to increased adoption of Web3 technologies. For traders and investors, improvements in usability often translate into greater confidence in the underlying ecosystem. This, in turn, may lead to higher engagement levels and potentially increased trading activity for assets associated with payment platforms.

Experts indicated that the ability to execute transactions quickly and securely is a critical factor in driving mainstream adoption. By reducing barriers to entry and simplifying the payment process, platforms like Moneda can play a key role in expanding the reach of cryptocurrency-based financial services.

Advancing the Future of Digital Payments

The integration of WalletConnect Pay highlights the growing importance of user-centric design in the development of Web3 applications. As the industry matures, the focus is shifting from purely technical innovation to practical usability and real-world application.

By enabling QR-based payments and in-app transaction approvals, Moneda is contributing to a more accessible and efficient digital payment ecosystem. The move underscores the broader direction of the cryptocurrency industry, where seamless interaction, enhanced security, and improved user experience are becoming essential components of platform development.

As Web3 adoption continues to grow, such integrations are likely to shape the future of digital payments, making decentralized financial tools more practical and appealing for everyday use.

Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision

Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision

The post Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Crypto assets send conflicting signals ahead of the Federal Reserve’s September rate decision. On-chain data reveals a clear decrease in Bitcoin and Ethereum flowing into centralized exchanges, but a sharp increase in altcoin inflows. The findings come from a Tuesday report by CryptoQuant, an on-chain data platform. The firm’s data shows a stark divergence in coin volume, which has been observed in movements onto centralized exchanges over the past few weeks. Bitcoin and Ethereum Inflows Drop to Multi-Month Lows Sponsored Sponsored Bitcoin has seen a dramatic drop in exchange inflows, with the 7-day moving average plummeting to 25,000 BTC, its lowest level in over a year. The average deposit per transaction has fallen to 0.57 BTC as of September. This suggests that smaller retail investors, rather than large-scale whales, are responsible for the recent cash-outs. Ethereum is showing a similar trend, with its daily exchange inflows decreasing to a two-month low. CryptoQuant reported that the 7-day moving average for ETH deposits on exchanges is around 783,000 ETH, the lowest in two months. Other Altcoins See Renewed Selling Pressure In contrast, other altcoin deposit activity on exchanges has surged. The number of altcoin deposit transactions on centralized exchanges was quite steady in May and June of this year, maintaining a 7-day moving average of about 20,000 to 30,000. Recently, however, that figure has jumped to 55,000 transactions. Altcoins: Exchange Inflow Transaction Count. Source: CryptoQuant CryptoQuant projects that altcoins, given their increased inflow activity, could face relatively higher selling pressure compared to BTC and ETH. Meanwhile, the balance of stablecoins on exchanges—a key indicator of potential buying pressure—has increased significantly. The report notes that the exchange USDT balance, around $273 million in April, grew to $379 million by August 31, marking a new yearly high. CryptoQuant interprets this surge as a reflection of…
