Cardano’s Protocol Version 11 hard fork is scheduled for March 2026, bringing Plutus smart contract performance upgrades alongside the Hydra L2 solution for ultra high frequency use cases, with the Ouroboros Leios upgrade expected later pushing throughput to 1,000 TPS. According to CoinDesk, the hard fork represents the most significant Cardano upgrade since the Hydra scaling solution and makes the network enterprise ready for the first time.

According to Bloomberg, when Cardano’s hard fork increases throughput to 1,000 TPS, every new transaction the upgraded network processes generates exchange volume. The top crypto presale at $0.000000186 captures throughput driven volume. Pepeto with $7.8 million raised from a $7 billion founder builds the exchange where every throughput driven trade processes across three blockchains while Cardano scales.

Top Crypto Presale: Cardano Protocol 11 Hard Fork Targets March 2026 With Hydra L2 and Pepeto Captures Every Throughput Driven Trade Across Three Chains

Top Crypto Presale as Blockchain Upgrades Create More Transactions Per Second

Pepeto : The Top Crypto Presale Because Protocol Upgrades Create Permanent Exchange Volume

Cardano’s Protocol 11 hard fork targeting 1,000 TPS with Hydra L2 proves that blockchain upgrades create more transactions that flow through exchange infrastructure. PepetoSwap handles cross chain swaps, a bridge connects three major blockchains, and a full exchange approaches launch from a founder who built $7 billion. SolidProof audited every contract.

The $7.8 million that entered at $0.000000186 while Cardano scheduled Protocol 11 is conviction from wallets that understand the top crypto presale captures every new transaction throughput upgrades enable. The 267x target reflects the gap from presale to the Binance listing, and every blockchain that upgrades throughput creates more DeFi trades and more stablecoin swaps that PepetoSwap captures on three chains.

The top crypto presale earns from throughput upgrades that Cardano and every other major chain are pushing toward simultaneously. When Hydra L2 enables ultra high frequency use cases and Leios pushes to 1,000 TPS, the transaction volume that increased capacity creates flows through exchange infrastructure permanently. The Hydra L2 solution alone enables ultra high frequency use cases that were previously impossible on Cardano, and every high frequency trade that Hydra processes generates settlement volume that flows through exchange infrastructure on all chains.

The day the Binance listing arrives, $0.000000186 vanishes permanently. The presale price and the post listing price are two entirely different realities. Check the remaining allocation on the Pepeto official website. Holders who positioned early are stacking 209% APY through staking while Cardano upgrades throughput and the exchange that captures every new transaction approaches the listing.

Ethereum at $2,034 Scales Through Glamsterdam but the $240B Cap Limits Throughput Returns

ETH trades near $2,034 on March 13 with the Glamsterdam upgrade live. Protocol upgrades validate the entire blockchain scaling thesis. But at $240 billion, even reaching $3,500 delivers 72%. The top crypto presale at $0.000000186 captures every throughput driven trade.

Cardano at $0.28 Gains Protocol 11 but the $9B Cap Limits Hard Fork Returns

ADA trades near $0.28 on March 13 with Protocol 11 and CME futures live. The hard fork validates ADA as enterprise grade. But at $9 billion, even reaching $0.55 delivers 96%. The top crypto presale at $0.000000186 from a $7 billion founder captures throughput volume.

Scale Before Price Discovery Is Rare

Cardano just scheduled Protocol 11 with Hydra L2 and Ouroboros Leios targeting 1,000 TPS, and every major blockchain is pushing throughput simultaneously because the market demands more transactions per second. The top crypto presale at $0.000000186 captures every new transaction those upgrades create.

Pepeto with $7.8 million, a SolidProof audit, and a $7 billion founder offers 267x. The Binance listing is a one way door, 209% APY compounds daily, and throughput upgrades create more volume permanently. Visit the Pepeto official website because the listing arrives whether Cardano reaches 1,000 TPS or 10,000, and the only variable is whether your wallet holds the exchange token that earns from every new transaction.

Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future

The post Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. “It’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress,” writes Pipes. Getty Images Washington is addicted to taxing success. Now, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is floating a plan to skim half the patent earnings from inventions developed at universities with federal funding. It’s being sold as a way to shore up programs like Social Security. In reality, it’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress. Yes, taxpayer dollars support early-stage research. But the real payoff comes later—in the jobs created, cures discovered, and industries launched when universities and private industry turn those discoveries into real products. By comparison, the sums at stake in patent licensing are trivial. Universities collectively earn only about $3.6 billion annually in patent income—less than the federal government spends on Social Security in a single day. Even confiscating half would barely register against a $6 trillion federal budget. And yet the damage from such a policy would be anything but trivial. The true return on taxpayer investment isn’t in licensing checks sent to Washington, but in the downstream economic activity that federally supported research unleashes. Thanks to the bipartisan Bayh-Dole Act of 1980, universities and private industry have powerful incentives to translate early-stage discoveries into real-world products. Before Bayh-Dole, the government hoarded patents from federally funded research, and fewer than 5% were ever licensed. Once universities could own and license their own inventions, innovation exploded. The result has been one of the best returns on investment in government history. Since 1996, university research has added nearly $2 trillion to U.S. industrial output, supported 6.5 million jobs, and launched more than 19,000 startups. Those companies pay…
