BOULDER, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$BE #Bitcoin–The I/O Fund has achieved a 326% cumulative return since its May 2020 debut, representing a 4.26x multiple. The team’s 29.2% annualized return has outpaced both broad market indexes and institutional tech-focused funds.

In another year of strong relative outperformance, the I/O Fund achieved a 37% portfolio return in 2025. When excluding cryptocurrency, the team’s equity strategy delivered a staggering 56% return, a result that ranks the I/O Fund team among the highest-performing investment teams in the United States on both an annual and cumulative basis.

  • The I/O Fund’s 2025 return of 37% outperformed the S&P 500 by 21% and the Nasdaq-100 by 17%.
  • In the same year, the team’s equity-only portfolio delivered a 56% return, the third highest recorded for any U.S. equity-only portfolio in 2025.
  • Since its May 2020 inception, the fund has achieved a 326% cumulative return, surpassing the S&P 500 by 192%, the Nasdaq-100 by 152%. This also represents a notable 294% lead over other institutional technology portfolios.
  • The team had 11 positions beat the Nasdaq-100 in 2025, up from 10 positions in 2024 and up from 7 positions in 2023.

These results have been independently audited by an accounting firm in San Francisco. Additional performance details and disclosures are available on the I/O Fund website.

I/O Fund Takes a Different Approach to AI Stocks

While many firms concentrate on Big Tech and well-established narratives, the I/O Fund focuses on identifying AI companies earlier in their development cycle. This strategy is led by Beth Kindig, who first identified Nvidia’s massive AI supercycle in 2018 with an entry at $3.15.

Kindig has since identified multiple winners before the market caught on, including Bloom Energy, where the firm’s strategic buys at market lows between April and July of 2025 delivered a 305% average return in 2025 with one entry as high as 422%.

Beth Kindig’s quarterly AI reports helped drive the I/O Fund’s 56% equity return in 2025, with each report averaging 50 pages, drawing on more than 15 years of experience to help identify lesser-known companies that are benefiting from surging AI capex.

Risk management is handled by Portfolio Manager Knox Ridley, who actively adjusts exposure based on market conditions. From December 2024 through February 2025, Ridley raised ~50% cash and subsequently deployed that cash across 22 different buy alerts, including 9 buy alerts on the April 4th low. These buy alerts were sent to Premium Research Members in real time.

Ridley also hosts weekly webinars for Premium Research Members that cover technical market signals, broad market risk and cryptocurrencies. In August, Ridley held his only free webinar of the year to challenge sentiment by stating Bitcoin was topping. He backed up his thesis with 5 sell alerts to Premium Members between April and December of 2025, avoiding a greater than 40% drawdown that followed.

Democratizing AI Investing

For more than five years, the I/O Fund team has navigated the complexity of technology investing with exceptional consistency. Powered by disciplined risk management, unique research, and a repeatable investment process, the portfolio has uncovered lesser-known technology leaders early in their growth cycles and established itself among the top-performing investment strategies in the United States.

Verified Performance

The I/O Fund engages an independent accounting firm to conduct periodic audits. The most recent audit reviewed brokerage and blockchain account statements from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with no exceptions.

SEC approves new listing standards paving way for crypto ETFs on Nasdaq, Cboe, and NYSE

The post SEC approves new listing standards paving way for crypto ETFs on Nasdaq, Cboe, and NYSE appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Key Takeaways The SEC has approved standardized listing rules for commodity-based trust shares. Nasdaq, Cboe, and NYSE can now list these products without individual SEC applications per product. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved generic listing standards for commodity-based trust shares on Nasdaq, Cboe and the New York Stock Exchange. The approval allows these exchanges to list shares of commodity-based trusts under standardized criteria rather than requiring individual applications for each product. The new framework applies to trust structures that hold physical commodities or commodity-related investments. This newly approved standard paves the way for formal listing rules for crypto exchange-traded funds, quickly setting the stage for these products to be prepared for public trading.
