Most blockchain projects treat their roadmap as a marketing tool. Broad timelines, vague promises, and milestones written in a way that can never really be missed. Torium takes a different approach. That kind of structure is worth paying attention to especially when the project is actively in the middle of executing it.

Here is a full breakdown of Torium's roadmap, phase by phase, and what each one actually means for the network and its community.

What Is Torium?

Torium is a Layer-1 blockchain built around mobile-native mining and enterprise-grade verification. Its native coin, TOR, is mined through an Android app using a mechanism called Proof of Participation (PoP). No hardware. No power bills. Users open the app, tap to start a 24-hour session, and the cloud handles the rest. The phone stays cool, the battery stays charged, and TOR accrues in the background.

The total supply is fixed at 2 billion TOR, with 1 billion reserved for community mining rewards. Pre-mainnet TOR converts to mainnet TOR at a clean 1:1 ratio at the Token Generation Event. The entire roadmap is structured around delivering that promise on schedule.

Phase 1: Foundation (2025 to Q1 2026)- Delivered

The first phase is complete. The Torium Foundation was established, the core developer team was assembled, an internal testnet and explorer went live, and the mobile app was released to users. These are the building blocks that every credible blockchain project has to get right before anything else can follow.

None of this is glamorous, but all of it is necessary. A project without a functioning testnet, a live app, and a proper legal and organizational foundation cannot build what comes next. Torium completed all four milestones and moved forward. That is the baseline, and it has been cleared.

Phase 2: Q2 2026- Active

This is where Torium stands right now. PoP Validation on the Testnet Chain is live, meaning the participation mining mechanism is being tested on an actual blockchain not simulated, not staged. This is a meaningful distinction. Real validation on a real testnet is the difference between a concept and a protocol.

Alongside the technical work, Torium launched its Global Community effort this quarter, bringing miners and participants into the network at scale. Enterprise Partner Outreach and Strategic Partnerships are also in progress during Q2. The Veridian deal a confirmed US$1 million first-phase agreement for Scan and Earn product verification across Southeast Asia is a direct product of this outreach. It shows that the enterprise side of the roadmap is not aspirational. It is already converting into signed agreements.

Q2 is the phase where Torium Network moves from a foundation into a functioning, growing network.

Phase 3: Q3 2026- Queued

The third phase is where the network's utility starts to take real shape. Mobile Wallet Integration with Testnet will give users the ability to interact with on-chain balances directly inside the app. For the first time, miners will not just be accumulating TOR they will be able to see and manage it within a live blockchain environment.

User-to-User Transactions on Testnet follows from this. Peer-to-peer transfers will enter the testing environment, which is a significant step toward real financial functionality. This is not a minor feature addition. It is the network beginning to function the way it is ultimately meant to.

Two other Q3 milestones deserve attention. Torium Pay Planning begins this quarter the early infrastructure work for payment corridors and remittance functionality. And the release of Developer Documentation alongside an SDK opens the network to outside builders for the first time. Developers who want to build on Torium will have the tools to do it. Q3 is the phase where the network widens beyond its core team.

Phase 4: Q4 2026- Final Pre-Mainnet Push

Q4 is the most demanding phase before launch, and it is structured that way deliberately. A Full-Scale Incentivized Testnet goes live, putting the network under real conditions real users, real participation, real transaction volume. This is how you find the problems that only surface under pressure, and it is the right time to find them.

Security Audits by CertiK and Hacken are scheduled for this phase. Both firms are among the most respected in the crypto industry. Passing their audits is not just a technical requirement it is a signal to exchanges, institutions, and serious investors that the protocol has been independently verified. Without these audits, exchange listings do not happen at the level Torium is targeting.

Authority Node Selection also takes place in Q4. These are the validators that will underpin the network's consensus and enable sub-second transaction finality at mainnet. Choosing and onboarding them before launch rather than scrambling after reflects how the entire roadmap has been sequenced. Mainnet Readiness is the final Q4 milestone, the checkpoint that confirms everything is in place for 2027.

2027: Mainnet Launch- What "Primed" Means

The 2027 phase carries the label "Primed" on the roadmap. That word is intentional. It does not say planned. It does not say targeted. Primed means the preceding phases have been designed specifically to make this launch executable rather than hopeful.

The 2027 deliverables are the Torium Mainnet Launch, the Token Generation Event, 1:1 Pre-Mainnet TOR Conversion for all existing miners, and Exchange Listing Preparation. Each of these connects directly to work done in the phases before. The CertiK and Hacken audits from Q4 give exchanges the verification they need to list TOR. The incentivized testnet from Q4 proves the network handles real load before real money is on the line. The authority nodes selected in Q4 ensure finality and stability from day one of mainnet. The fixed 2 billion supply means no inflation, no surprises, and no dilution at launch.

Pre-mainnet miners carry their TOR forward at exactly 1:1. Every coin earned during the testnet and community phases converts directly. That is not a common commitment in this space, and it is the kind of thing that either gets delivered or defines a project's reputation permanently.

2027 and Beyond: The Horizon

After mainnet, Torium's roadmap extends into Cross-Chain Bridges connecting to Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain, DAO Governance Activation, Enterprise Utility Expansion, and Global Logistics Integration. These are the pieces that take Torium from a live blockchain to a network embedded in actual commerce, supply chains, and enterprise infrastructure across markets.

The Pattern That Matters

Every phase of this roadmap has a hard dependency on the one before it. Wallet integration cannot come before testnet validation. Security audits cannot happen before the network is stable enough to audit. Exchange listing preparation cannot begin before audits clear. The sequence is not arbitrary it is the correct order of operations for building a blockchain that is meant to last.
