PUTRAJAYA, June 11 — Johor and Negeri Sembilan will both hold their state elections on July 11, the Election Commission (EC) announced today.
EC chairman Datuk Seri Ramlan Harun said nomination day has been fixed for June 27, giving candidates a two-week campaign period.
He said postal voting for both state elections began on June 5, while early voting is scheduled for July 7.
Ramlan announced the timeline at a press conference here.
