PETALING JAYA: Seorang bekas pemimpin Bersatu Perlis berkata Menteri Besar Perlis Abu Bakar Hamzah dan seorang exco kerajaan negeri telah meletak jawatan Ahli Majlis Pimpinan Tertinggi (MPT) parti.
Azahar Hassan yang meletak jawatan setiausaha Bersatu Perlis dua hari lalu mengesahkan perkara itu kepada FMT.
“MB dan Marzita Mansor letak jawatan MPT.
“Tetapi Abu Bakar kekal ketua Bersatu Perlis,” kata Ahli Dewan Negara itu.
FMT telah menghubungi Abu Bakar dan Ketua Penerangan Bersatu Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz.
Terdahulu, tular dakwaan Abu Bakar dan Marzita meletak jawatan MPT Bersatu yang mungkin menjejaskan parti itu.
Tindakan kedua-dua itu dikatakan menyebabkan MPT Bersatu tidak mempunyai korum mencukupi untuk mengadakan mesyuaratnya.
